At Dr. Dilbag Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality Ayurvedic wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items (unless they were received in a defective condition).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Ayurvedic and health supplement products cannot be returned.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
